Certifications
Vidext is ISO/IEC 27001 certified — the international standard for information security management systems. The certification covers how we manage information security risk across our organisation and the Vidext platform.
Data protection and privacy
We process personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. When we process personal data on behalf of a customer, the Data Processing Agreement included in our Terms and Conditions governs that processing, including the list of sub-processors.
Infrastructure and access
- Personal data is stored on secure servers maintained with appropriate privacy safeguards.
- Access to customer data is limited to authorised processors who need it to provide the service.
- Data transferred outside the European Economic Area is protected by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Incident response
If we discover or suspect a personal data breach, we notify the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay — within 72 hours of becoming aware of it — and affected users where required.
